Under the public distribution system, all the cheaper Galla vendors in the district will distribute ration of April month to the consumers.

District Magistrate Mr. Savin Bansal has informed that under the public distribution system, all the cheapest Galla vendors in the district will distribute ration for April month to consumers. He told that there are 6 food grains godowns in the district and all the prescribed food grains and ration have been sent to these godowns. Mr. Bansal has directed the District Supply Officer and all the sub-officers to direct all the cheaper Galla vendors to pick up foodgrains from the godowns to ensure immediate distribution of ration for the month of April to the concerned card holders by immediately picking up the food grains. Take foodgrains in the godowns by 31 March.

District Collector Mr. Bansal has told that due to Corona virus infection, advance ration has to be made available to consumers, so food grains have to be lifted and distributed immediately.
