Haldwani Sports Stadium has been made a staging area with immediate effect to control infection of national disaster Kovid-19.In order to ensure all the arrangements in the staging area, the District Magistrate Mr. Sanwin Bansal has deputed the officers along with their subordinate personnel.Mr. Bansal said that the officers deployed will be responsible for making necessary arrangements. This order has been implemented with immediate effect.

District Magistrate Shri Bansal directed that all officers will ensure the discharge of their assigned duties fairly and flawlessly.Superintendent of Police, Haldwani, shall maintain sufficient police force separately for the staging area to maintain law and order and ensure compliance of social distancing, orderly movement of persons and vehicles on the shelter as well as deployment of competent police officer in staging area and wireless set Will set up and monitor the works on a daily basis.The Chief Medical Officer will ensure the availability of mask, sanitizer, glaze to the staff posted in the staging area, as well as daily roster deployment of medical teams and health testing and marking of the incoming.Along with this, the city magistrate and sub-collector can identify the local hotels, guest houses and other residential sites, the people coming from outside, the people who are not staying on the request shelter of the passengers, the people interested in the hotel with the accommodation at the lowest rates as well as the family members Ensure that proper accommodation for the stadium is available for individuals.The Municipal Commissioner will ensure daily sanitation and cleanliness in the staging area as well as hostels, shelter houses, toilets.The Divisional Transport Officer will ensure the arrangement of vehicles for the transportation and transportation of persons to the shelter house.The Executive Engineer will ensure the arrangement of 30 c 60 square fit tents and separate tents, barricating in PWD staging area, as well as the Executive Engineer Water Institute will ensure the arrangement of tankers for drinking water supply in the staging area.
